Objective of the Project
'Operation Toofan 2.0' (Operation Toofan - The Narco Hunt) is a comprehensive public campaign jointly implemented by the Kerala Police and the Local Self Government Department to completely curb the spread and usage of illicit drugs in the state.
Public Participation
Beyond being a mere law enforcement action, this initiative aims to extend anti-drug activities to every ward and household by integrating the powers of the police with the grassroots reach of local self-government institutions.
